LIFECARE
Recognizing that planning for possible future life change brings great peace of mind, The Watermark at East Hills, a continuing care retirement community, offers Life Care, or what is sometimes called graduated care.  This means that should you ever require assisted living services or skilled nursing (each described in Services and Amenities), you won’t have to leave East Hills to utilize those care stratagems.  Nor would your basic monthly fee increase.  Our Life Care plan offers a number of different financial plans – some with refundable entrance fee options – that allow you to lay out how you would finance the increased costs of each level of graduated care, and so assure sound estate planning. You can count on a lifetime residency at the Watermark at East Hills and a predictable monthly payment regardless of level of care.
