Independent Living
In our Independent Living area, you can luxuriate in your own comfortable apartment with the indulgences of weekly housecleaning and delicious meals in our dining room. You will feel secure with easy access to emergency call systems. Take advantage of our extensive activities program in order to enrich your life and meet other residents with similar interests. Our caring associates will make you feel at home in this prime location, while you live the independent lifestyle you choose.
Assisted Living
Assisted Living at Rose Tree Place is designed to assist residents who require moderate assistance with their activities of daily living. This provides residents a fuller lifestyle with services including 24-hour nursing presence; individual service plans to meet individual needs; three nutritious meals per day; snacks; full housekeeping services; laundry services; and social, recreational, and educational programs.
At the heart of Assisted Living is the belief that the activities of life promote meaning and independence among the residents and associates of the communities. Our caregivers get to know the individual needs, desires, hobbies, and lifestyles of the residents who live in our community, and they assist the residents in maintaining their independence, dignity, and ability to choose the life that is meaningful to them. With the amenities of a home setting, Assisted Living at Rose Tree Place will meet your needs when you need a little extra help to be independent.
Memory Care
Rose Tree Place offers onsite innovative Alzheimer's and related dementia care in a setting surrounded by lush landscaping, peaceful walkways and open areas for enjoying time with family and friends. The program provides a wide range of care types, enabling the caregiving team to develop individualized programs in concert with residents and their families.
At Rose Tree Place, we use a "Getting to Know You" program where family members and residents can work together to let caregivers and managers know all about the resident's past, likes and dislikes, interests, and abilities. We believe that truly knowing the residents who make their stay with us is the first step in providing the very best care for them. Caregivers trained specifically to provide compassionate dementia care for confused elders turn Rose Tree Place into a home full of fond memories and future development. Our Activity Programs are specifically designed to appeal to different residents' strengths, interests, and abilities in order to promote memory and happiness among our vibrant community of residents who are living with dementia.
Service providers come onsite to provide: podiatry, pharmacy, audiology, radiology, laboratory, dental, psychology, nutritional consults, therapy and primary medical care.
Pathways
Our Pathways Program for our community members who require memory care has been developed with the goal of maximum comfort for our residents and their families. When new residents enter the Pathways Program, our skilled staff consults with them and their families to discover an optimum Wellness Care Plan. This tailored plan takes into account individual long term interests, hobbies and skills, as well as dislikes. Through this “habilitation” method of creating and maintaining positive emotions, we are able to enhance existing strengths while minimizing limitations.
At Rose Tree Place, we’ve created a warm and relaxed atmosphere that helps our residents feel good about themselves and prosper. Our Pathways Program takes care of daily physical needs, and also offers residents the opportunity to socialize and participate in meaningful and stimulating activities on a daily basis.
Our goal is to help residents maintain their independence, individuality and dignity. We have adopted the Alzheimer’s Association’s Guidelines for Dignity.
