Chef Jim Lenhardt will demonstrate how to create and present a variety of delicious appetizers. Including, stuffed tomatoes with herb cheese, sesame chicken tenders, endive chicken salad and shrimp lejon. Everyone will be asked to sample the selections and choose their favorite dish! Residents enjoy a “Live with Lenhardt” cooking demonstration every other month. “We started the cooking demonstrations to involve our residents and associates in the cooking process and to show them how cooking is fun, as a result “Live with Lenhardt” has become one of our most anticipated events” Jim Lenhardt, Food Services Director.
