Hanneke Talbot

Hanneke has more than two decades of international experience in financial leadership roles in real estate, senior living, and hospitality. Before joining Watermark, she was chief financial officer at TRITEC Real Estate Company, where she led finance and accounting for commercial, retail, and housing properties, as well as a construction company. Prior to that, she was senior vice president and chief accounting officer for ASB Capital Management, where she oversaw accounting, compliance, and tax functions, as well as large capex projects, for more than 130 commercial properties in various asset classes and locations throughout the United States. In the senior living industry, she was chief financial officer of Capitol Seniors Housing, where she oversaw accounting, IT, and HR functions and managed accounting and compliance for joint ventures, REITs, and related holding companies. Prior to joining Capitol, she held audit management roles at Freddie Mac, Marriott International, and KPMG, where she led real estate audits in offices in Sydney, Australia, Lima, Peru, and Auckland, New Zealand.

Hanneke is a CPA and holds a bachelor of commerce degree in accounting, international business, and auditing, and a master of international business degree, both from University of Auckland.
