Moving to a community should be an exciting time — it’s just the beginning of so many new possibilities. At Watermark Retirement Communities, we see you as an individual. To ensure your experience is the best it can be, we like to learn about your preferences. To do that, we’ve developed our Preference Survey so we can get to know you.

Retirement communities have historically asked you to adapt to their approach to lifestyle with a standardized program for all. We think differently and challenge the status quo. We believe you and your family want to shape your own experience rather than adapt to someone else’s opinion of what that experience should be.  

As you get to know us, you’ll see how passionate we are about getting to know you. One of the ways we do that is through our Preference Survey, which enables you to tell us about your interests, preferred activities, favorite foods and drinks, and other special considerations you believe we should know in order to make every day special.

While we get to know each other during our phone calls, tours, or just a cup of coffee, you’ll also receive some very short surveys via email along the way.
