With a focus on elevating culinary excellence, Chef Ulises has demonstrated remarkable leadership, having served as a Regional Chef overseeing 20+ communities from San Diego to Ventura County. His extensive experience includes opening over 30 communities and successfully managing and supporting chefs through financial challenges. Chef Ulises is not just a culinary expert, he is a hands-on manager committed to customer satisfaction and team growth.
In his role, Chef Ulises efficiently oversees all culinary operations, both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH). His commitment to guest services is evident in his proactive approach and building productive relationships.
