A concierge from The Hacienda Mission San Luis Rey was recently featured in a segment on ABC 10 News San Diego for his dedication to his favorite baseball team.
Matthew Collier, who has a rare genetic disorder called Kabuki syndrome, has rooted for the San Diego Padres since he was a child and even traveled to watch the team play in Washington, D.C. and Baltimore.
“What I like about this team is that they’re just fun to watch. Every day, [they] keep on grinding to the end of the game,” he said.
