Executive Chef Ron Garrido regularly visits the Los Gatos Farmers’ Market and selects the freshest in-season ingredients to create unforgettable culinary experiences for residents of the community.
“We want to make sure it’s the highest quality, because seniors need their food to be nutrient-rich … so I want to make sure I’m using non-GMO, fresh ingredients whenever possible,” he explained.
