Diana Iacobucci
Managing Director
I began my career in senior housing after several years in technology. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work for Microsoft in its heyday — introducing Windows, Excel, and Word — initially in Southern Arizona and eventually transferring to Hawaii. Upon returning to the mainland, I opened a software training company. This experience led me to a database update and training project for what was then The Fountains Retirement Communities back in 2002. I was so impressed with the joy and quality of life I witnessed at The Fountains that I decided to transition my career to senior living. A few years later, I became an executive director at a small memory care community in my hometown of Chicago.
My greatest honor was caring for my own mother in my community the last four years of her life. I loved being an executive director; I loved serving our residents, families and associates. I came back to Watermark in 2020, and I am delighted to return to so many familiar faces. Associates stay at Watermark because we are all deeply committed to helping our residents thrive.
I enjoy spending time with my family. Both my siblings are in the Phoenix area, and we continue to carry on our family’s traditions. My husband and I have a son in Chicago and are also parents to a beautiful husky. I enjoy traveling, bicycling, and being outdoors. I enjoy sports and hold true to my Chicago teams.
