Life Care
Our Life Care contract guarantees you unlimited access to on-site health care as needed for life. For the Life Care benefit, you will pay a higher monthly fee and are guaranteed that your basic monthly fee will remain consistent regardless of which level of care you may need. This may be the better option for you if you do not have a long-term-care insurance policy or if predictable financial planning is important to you.
Fee-For-Service
When you choose the Fee-For-Service contract, you benefit from priority access to on-site health care and lower monthly fees while living independently. You will then pay the market rate for future care, if and when you need it. This may be the better option for you if you already have long-term-care insurance coverage or want the flexibility to relocate for future health care.
