The Watermark at East Hill is proud to welcome and embrace all seniors. Recently, the leadership team at the community completed a training through SAGE. The training helped to educate community directors focus on ways the team can further improve and enhance the senior living experience for LGBT older adults. It is important to Watermark Retirement Communities and to The Watermark at East Hill specifically that older adults have the services, support, and care they need and deserve to successfully age. The National Resource Center on LGBT and hosted by Watermark national resources, provided a wonderful opportunity for East Hill's leaders to explore the community's services, to think about ways to make the community even more inclusive, and to ensure all residents receive the best possible experience.
