The Fountains at Greenbriar was recently featured in a segment on KCTV5, detailing how associates kept residents safe and out of the snow during a recent winter storm.
With the help of a landscape service, associates worked on keeping outdoor walkways and paths clear in the event of additional snow. For residents, they enjoyed peace of mind, knowing they could stay inside and enjoy a cozy snow day with each other.
“If it gets bad out there, we just stay in and just enjoy life in here,” resident Kathy Hillen told reporters.
“We’ve got bunco, bingo, all kinds of activities here.”
