The Art Room
Unleash Your Creative Legacy
Drawn from the past, painted in the present.
The art room at The Fountains at Millbrook is more than just a space for creativity — it’s a portal to a rich historical past. Located in our charming stone building, which once served as a classroom for the Greer School, this space has been transformed into a haven for artists and creators.
The Greer School, operational from the early 1900s until 1980, was a home for orphans and disadvantaged children. Today, the legacy of education and nurture continues, as the former classroom now serves as our art room. The large, inviting windows that once allowed sunlight to illuminate the minds of young scholars now offer natural light that artists covet, creating an ideal environment for painting, drawing, and sculpting.
