Legacy at Grande’Vie Closing
Please take notice that after a careful review, Legacy at Grande’Vie, located at 2140 Five Mile Line Road, Penfield, NY 14526, will close. Legacy at Grande’Vie is no longer accepting new admissions.
All services will discontinue on or about August 31, 2025. Our residents continue to be our top priority, and we are working closely with all residents, their families, and the appropriate local agencies to ensure a seamless transition to a new provider and to ensure this time is as stress-free and as smooth as possible.
