Rainbow Seniors ROC
Established in 2020, Rainbow Seniors ROC is an advocacy, service, and social activity group for LGBTQ+ seniors in the greater Rochester area. Its mission is to help older adults (50+) live their best lives, find ways to connect to the community, and engage in enjoyable activities. Mutual respect toward each other is mandatory.
Honor Flight Network
Honor Flight Network is a national organization honoring America’s veterans by inviting them to a day of honor at some of the nation’s memorials. Over 120 independent hubs work together to further the mission. Currently, they are honoring WWII, Korean War, and Vietnam War era veterans as well as terminally ill veterans who served during any war era.
Brighton Senior Center
The Brighton Senior Program sponsors adult group activities for seniors aged 60 and older at the Brookside Community Center. You’ll find numerous fun activities, including arts and crafts, cards, fitness, luncheons, speakers, special events, and more.
