A resident from Legacy at Clover Blossom was recently featured in a segment from 13WHAM where he reflected on his service during World War II.
Jim Ingutti, along with thousands of other Allied troops, stormed the beaches of Normandy more than 80 years ago. Describing it as a “hell of a battle,” Jim is grateful that World War II veterans, and others who have served, are being honored for their sacrifices.
“These poor veterans deserve everything they're getting," he said. "It was a tough battle and nobody knows how bad it was to go through a war.”
