"The team at The Watermark... listened to our needs and professionally explained how they would be met and exceeded by their facilities and services. This looks to be a luxurious living environment including the rooms, the dining options, salon, spa, activities, patios, etc. The reasonable monthly fees and lack of "buy in" make this a good value."
