Theresa Wootten has been a pillar of warmth and care at Blue Bell Place for more than two decades. Beginning as a caregiver in our Memory Care neighborhood, she’s now a medication technician helping residents stay healthy and thriving. When asked what a typical day looks like, she says, “You never know what the day is going to bring.”
Theresa has built deep connections with residents, seeing them as more than just workplace acquaintances, but as family. Her passion goes above and beyond as she visits on her days off and brings her grandchildren to events and holiday celebrations to join in the fun.
With people like Theresa leading with compassion, our community is one where residents feel appreciated, cared for, and truly at home. As one colleague put it, “She’s amazing and a very kind person. She really takes the time to understand each and every resident's needs and goes above and beyond for them. Her interaction with me while I am giving tours is priceless.”
