"I just moved in a month ago and so far, I’m loving life here. The staff has been attentive to all my needs and questions. The Hacienda is the only facility in this area to offer 24 hour concierge service, valet parking and gated area for resident parking with covered spaces and garages. The food here is amazing. There are so many choices to please all preferences. I have met many residents who have been here since they opened and they are also happy to be here.
I have opened two maintenance work orders ( one to hang curtains and another to mount my TV) and they arrived and completed the job the same day! I also opened one tech work order to help me get connected to the internet and he arrived and completed the task the same day. It seems all the employees have joyous, caring attitudes. "My husband and I had a delightful tour of the Hacienda at Georgetown with Molly, the Community Liaison Director. We had been extremely impressed with what we learned on the Hacienda's website and wanted to see it for ourselves. The facility is quite new, very attractively designed and decorated. Their communal rooms are inviting and colorful. The outdoor resort pool is beautiful. Their multiple dining venues are diverse and attractive. We love their emphasis on creating an environment with exceptional amenities, including enrichment and wellness programs. We were delighted with our experience there."

While we knew we wanted to enjoy the many amenities of independent living at the Hacienda, it took us several visits (a bunch, believe me) to decide on the floorplan which best suited us.
