Chad’s Bananas Foster

Bananas foster with Ice cream and caramelized bananas

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp rum
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 bananas, peeled & sliced lengthwise
  • 1 pt vanilla ice cream

Directions

Melt butter in skillet.

Stir in sugar, rum, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Add bananas and cook until soft.

Serve over ice cream.
