Fitness & Wellness Center
Our Fitness & Wellness Center is a state-of-the-art senior living fitness center with a bit of something for every resident. We provide personal training to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to maintain your current state of wellness or if you’re looking to improve your range of motion or strength, we’re here for you. Group class options including yoga and tai chi are also available. Members can even utilize wearable fitness trackers to chart their progress.
Build a consistent workout routine. Go at your own pace with a customizable workout on one of our elliptical machines, or get those legs moving and that heart pumping when you take a steady walk on a treadmill, or stay stronger for longer with some strength training on our weight machines. All at your own pace.
